【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、含浸性に優れ、内部に気泡や空孔を
ほとんど有しない積層板の製造方法に関し、更に
詳しくは、溶剤を用いることなく、それ自体硬化
体となり得る硬化性樹脂液を紙やガラス布に含浸
せしめ、該樹脂液含浸基材を複数枚重ね合せ、次
いで樹脂液を硬化させて内部に気泡や空孔をほと

溶剤を含まない、それ自体硬化しうるタイプの
硬化性樹脂液とは、例えばエポキシ樹脂や不飽和
ポリエステル樹脂の中に見い出すことが出来る
が、通常、これらは0.5ポイズ〜数千ポイズの粘
度を有し、紙やガラス布への含浸がわるい。従つ
て従来より、硬化性樹脂を溶剤に溶かし、粘度を
極端に低下させ、いわゆるワニスを含浸し、後で
溶剤を乾燥し、次いで樹脂を硬化させるなどして
製造されていた。しかし溶剤を用いる方法は、溶
剤の回収、処理など公害並びにコスト上などの問
題があり、化粧板・積層絶縁板・印刷回路板用金
属箔張り積層板等の関連業界で問題となつてい

本発明者は、かかる現状に鑑みて、溶剤を含ま
ない非溶剤硬化性樹脂液を用いて、これら積層板
を製造する方法を鋭意研究した結果、非溶剤型の
粘度が高い硬化性樹脂液を紙やガラス布のごとき
シート状基材に含浸すると、どのような含浸方法
を用いても内部に多数の気泡が巻き込まれて残留
するが、驚くべきことには、これら気泡は次第に
徐々に樹脂液中に溶解し消滅することを本発明者
は見い出し、更に、しかる後に硬化させると、気
泡や空孔をほとんど含まない含浸性良好な積層板
を製造できることを見い出し、本発明に到達し
た。即ち本発明は、シート状基材と該基材に含浸
した溶剤を含まない、それ自体硬化体となり得る
硬化性樹脂液が硬化してなる積層体の製造方法に
おいて、該基材に硬化性樹脂液を含浸後、硬化性
樹脂液含浸基材中に取り込まれた気泡が該樹脂液
中に溶解し、消滅した後、硬化させることを特徴

This method of manufacturing a laminate is characterized in that after impregnation with a curable resin liquid, air bubbles taken into the base material impregnated with a curable resin liquid are dissolved in the resin liquid and disappeared, and then cured.

紙やガラス布が本発明に特に好適である。又、予
め各種有機化合物で処理した紙なども好適であ
る。溶剤を含まない、それ自体硬化体となり得る
硬化性樹脂液としては、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポ
リエステル樹脂、ビニルエステル樹脂、シアリル
フタレート樹脂等の硬化反応過程で気体や液体等
の反応副生成物を生じない、付加反応型やラジカ
ル重合型のものが、無圧の条件下で硬化させるこ
とが出来、過剰な樹脂液の流動を避けることが出

実施例
市販のクラフト紙(巴川製紙製MKP−150をメ
チロールメラミン水溶液で処理し、メチロールメ
ラミンの付着量が紙の重量に対して、11%の処理
紙を得た。この紙の上方から粘度が4ポイズの市
販の不飽和ポリエステル樹脂(武田薬品製ポリマ
ール6304にクメンハイドロパーオキサイド1重量
部配合したもの)を流下させ、樹脂液含浸紙を得
た。この含浸紙をただちに気泡が巻き込まないよ
う注意深く5枚重ね合せた。この時樹脂液含浸基
材中に多数の気泡が確認できた。40分放置後、こ
の気泡は消滅した。しかる後、100℃1時間の条
件で、樹脂液を硬化させ厚さが1.6mmの積層板を
