Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a coil having a plurality of circular ring-shaped conductive part by a method wherein, a copper foil is pasted on a belt-like thin film insulated sheet, an electrode is provided on both end parts of the insulated sheet, a conductive wire part, having the upper edge protruding in semicircular shape between the electrodes, and the semicircularly recessed lower edge is superposingly provided, and this laminated material is folded like a folding screen in a semicircular shape. CONSTITUTION:Thin electrodes 12 and 14 are provided by conducting a plating work and the like on both ends of the flexible sheet 10 such as polyethylene and the like, and a conductive wire part 16, contacting to the electrodes, is pasted between the electrodes. At this time, the conductive wire part 16 is made narrower than the width of the sheet 10 on the whole, and an upper circular-arc shaped conductive wire part 16a, which is semicircularly recessed against the center line of the sheet 10, and a semicircularly projecting lower circular-arc shaped conductive wire part 16b are alternately formed.
