- キヤリア本体に少なくとも１個の抵抗を備えた
チツプキヤリアにおいて、ボンデイングランドの
少なくとも１個を内部電極を介して、少なくとも
１個の抵抗の一端に接続すると共に、該抵抗を介
して外部接続端子に接続したことを特徴とするチ
ツプキヤリア。
