光素子（チツプＬＥＤ）、を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被読み取り原稿１０に照明光１１を照射するチ
    ツプ状の発光素子２３と、該原稿１０からの反射
    光１２が透過する透光性基板１８に形成された光
    電変換素子１７と、該光電変換素子１７からの出
    力を増幅処理する駆動回路９とを具え、 表面が該原稿１０に対向する該透光性基板１８
    の裏面と対向するように配設したプリント配線板
    ８，３３，４２に、該発光素子２３と該駆動回路
    ９とを搭載し、少なくとも該発光素子２３と該光
    電変換素子１７とを筐体２２，３２に収容してな
    ることを特徴とするイメージセンサ。
