Abstract

PURPOSE:To extend the life of an endless belt by enabling manufacture of a thermoplastic high-molecular foam whose surface smoothness and thickness accuracy are favorable, by a method wherein the endless belt is moved by contact frictional force, a tensional state of the endless belt is made uniform by pressing the same from a facial direction, the endless belt is moved while correcting meandering and the thermoplastic high-molecular foamable molded body is conveyed within a heating device by holding a sending surface of the same in a planar state. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt 1 where a joint obtained by joining both end parts of a plain weave net body of 20-70 meshes with each other is formed in about the same thickness as that of the other net body is used as the belt conveying a foamable molded body 42 in the title device and the device is provided with a roll 2 correcting meandering of the belt and a tension roll 46 preventing slackening of the belt 1 and holding the belt 1 under a tensional state.
