Abstract

CONSTITUTION: CV cables 8 are supported by troughs 12 or the like through a man-hole section 11 and are laid through a cave way 13. Then, one unit or a plurality of the units of infrared ray cameras 1 are arranged. As the infrared ray camera 1, a unit for a high-performance thermograph with a semiconductor sensor for example or a unit for the high resolution of a linear sensor is adopted, and a secondary iris sensor system or the like can be applied.
