- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 商用電源を整流電源による整流回路と、マグネ
トロン駆動用変圧器、該変圧器に直列もしくは並
列接続された共振コンデンサ、前記変圧器に直列
接続されたダイオード及び半導体スイツチング素
子により構成されたインバータ回路と、前記半導
体スイツチング素子を駆動させる駆動回路と、該
駆動回路を制御する制御手段と、マグネトロン駆
動回路とを備えてなる高周波加熱装置において、 マグネトロンと並列に飽和電圧がマグネトロン
の動作電圧より幾分高い可飽和リアクトルを配設
したことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
