ものであつて、第１図はインバータ電子レンジの
概略回路構成図、第２図は制御回路を示すブロツ
ク図、第３図はパララメータを強出力加熱と中出
力加熱と弱出力加熱として時間と湿度センサーと
の関係を示すグラフである。 １は整流平滑回路、５は商用電源、８はＮＰＮ
型トランジスタ（スイツチング素子）、９はマグ
ネトロン駆動用昇圧トランス、１０はインバータ
回路、１１はマグネトロン、１４はマグネトロン
駆動回路、１５は制御回路、１６はマイクロコン
ピユータ（パルス幅制御手段）、２４は湿度セン
サー（状態検知センサー）である。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 商用電源を整流平滑して直流電源を生成する整
    流平滑回路と、この整流平滑回路にて得られた直
    流電源を入力しスイツチング素子のＯＮ―ＯＦＦ
    動作にて高周波電源を生成するインバータ回路と
    、このインバータ回路にて得られた高周波電源に
    てマグネトロンを駆動させるマグネトロン駆動回
    路と、上記インバータ回路におけるスイツチング
    素子のＯＮ―ＯＦＦ動作を制御する制御回路と、
    被調理食品の状態を検知する状態検知センサーと
    を備えたインバータ電子レンジにおいて、 上記スイツチング素子のＯＮ―ＯＦＦ動作にお
    けるＯＮ―ＯＦＦ時間幅を上記の状態検知センサ
    ーの検知出力に基づいて制御するパルス幅制御手
    段を設けたことを特徴とするインバータ電子レン
    ジ。
