- ケーシング１に形成されたＯリング溝３の溝径
を測定するための内径溝径測定用三点式内側マイ
クロメータにおいて、検出リング部８の外周に設
けられた測定子４の軸方向長さｌが前記Ｏリング
溝３の溝巾ｌ１より小さく、前記測定子４の外周
面には前記Ｏリング溝３の内周形状に沿う曲面部
Ｒが形成されていることを特徴とする内径溝径測
定用三点式内側マイクロメータ。
