Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly by forming the captioned damper with a cover board for closing the recessed part of a pinion from the upper part and an operating pins which is installed in a casing and which is projected into the spiral groove of the cover board. CONSTITUTION:A spiral spring 13 is housed in a housing 4 forming a unit, and a pinion 6 has a recessed part which is upwardly opened and a braking board 11 is housed inside the recessed part being immersed in oil, while closing the recessed part with a cover board 7 having a spiral groove 9 as a part of a lock device on its top, thereby, forming a unit combinedly used with a pinion. And, by placing the spiral spring unit on the bottom of the housing part 2 of a casing 1, the pinion combined unit is places on top of it, and the downward shaft 8 of the pinion 6 is made pass through downward into the housing 4, the inner end of the spiral spring 13 is linked to the downward shaft 8, and the cover 3 is covered on top of the housing part 2 from the upper part and fixed to it.
