- 加工物表面を研磨するために使用するテンプレ
ートアツセンブリーに於いて、テンプレートの形
状が角形でテンプレートの枠幅で全周にわたつて
ほぼ均等であり且つテンプレートの上面外周縁の
角に面取りを施したことを特徴とするテンプレー
トアツセンブリー。
