Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance contrast and resolution by incorporating at least one of compounds capable of transferring holes in the thermoplastic resin layer of an electrophotographic sensitive body formed by successively laminating a photoconductive layer and the thermoplastic resin layer on a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin layer contains one of the electric charge transfer materials represented by formulae I, II, III, and IV, and in formula I, each R1 is 1-4C alkyl, and in formula II, R1 is methyl, etc., n is integer of 1-4, each of R2 and R3 is H atom, etc., optionally same or different from each other, and in formula III, R is carbazoyl, optionally substituted phenyl, etc., and in formula IV, each of R1-R3 is halogen atom, etc., optionally same or different, thus permitting resolution and contrast to be enhanced.
