- 耐熱金属からなる２本の芯線の両末端を除く全
体を耐熱金属管およびＭｇＯ粉体により圧力、熱
で固めた構成を具備し、パラジウムからなるリー
ド線を有するラジアルタイプ形ガラス封入サーミ
スタ素子が前記芯線の末端にプラズマスポツト溶
接により接続され、前記ガラス封入サーミスタ素
子のまわりを充填材および耐熱金属キヤツプにて
保護する構成としたことを特徴とする温度センサ
。
