    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 耐熱金属からなる二本の芯線の両末端を除く全
    体をＭｇＯ粉体および前記ＭｇＯ粉体をとり囲む
    耐熱金属管に熱、圧力を加えて固めた２芯管と、
    ラジアルタイプ形ガラス封入サーミスタ素子を前
    記芯線の一末端に接続し、前記ガラス封入サーミ
    スタ素子のまわりをセメント材および前記セメン
    ト材をとり囲む外周の一部に長さ方向のスリツト
    を有し上記耐熱金属管よりわずかに小径とした耐
    熱金属保護スリーブにより保護し、この耐熱金属
    保護スリーブを耐熱金属管の一端外周に圧入し溶
    接結合した温度センサ。
