Claims (1)
- 水槽内に水没させた密封状のワーク内に検査用
気体を供給する気体供給手段と、前記ワークの継
ぎ目等から水中にリークする気体を気泡として回
収すべく構成された気体回収手段と、該気体回収
手段により回収された気体量からリーク値を検出
する検出手段とを備えていることを特徴とする水
没リークテスト装置。
