Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate rapid formation of an uniform precoated layer, by producing an upward flow in a filter tank to prevent filtering auxiliary agents etc. from being precipitated in the tank and by providing a flange to stabilize a precoated layer at a specific position of a filter body. CONSTITUTION:By swaying a perforated tube 3 provided at the bottom of a filter tank 2 and causing filtering auxiliary agents for precoating to flow from near the fulcrum into the tube 3 so as to generate a uniform upward flow in the tank 2, stable precoated layers are formed easily in a short period of time, preventing the auxiliary agents for filtration from being precipitated. And after the filtration step of raw liquids, cleaning water is ejected from the perforated tube 3, in the same manner as in the precoat formation step, to clean the inside of the tank 2 in a short time. Further, by providing flanges 5 to stabilize precoated layers at both ends and in the middle part of a filter body 1, uniform precoated layers are easily and rapidly formed.
