Abstract

CONSTITUTION:One end, not grounded, of a both direction switching means 4 with the other end grounded, is connected with the capacitive load of an electric dust collector electrode 8 through a series connection of an inductance 5' and a connecting capacitor 6 in a pulse electric source 1. Also, direct current base voltage is applied in connection with the capacitive load of an electric dust collector in a direct current base electric source 9. The voltage between both ends of connecting capacitor 6 is sensed by partial pressure devices 12 and 13. Also, the voltage sensed value of said partial pressure devices and the target voltage value of the connecting capacitor 6 are compared by a comparator 15. Further, the pulse electric source 1 is controlled by a feedback control device 16 so that the voltage of the connecting capacitor 6 conforms with the target value basing on the output of the comparator 15. As a result, stabilized pulse charge control is carried out.
