Claims (1)
- 超砥粒を金属めつき相中に分散してなる薄板状
の研磨シートであつて、シートの一面側に分散し
た超砥粒を、その長手方向がシート面に対し略平
行となるように配位させることにより、この一面
側の超砥粒の突出量を、他面側の超砥粒の突出量
よりも小としたことを特徴とする研磨シート。
