Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve a better balance accuracy, by integrating a coil and a component member of a balance pendulum to maintain a relative positional relationship between these members accurately.
CONSTITUTION: Coils 3a and 3b with a high winding density, weights 19a and 19b made of copper or the like, a pendulum motion detecting member 16a and a counter balance 16b of phosphor bronze are placed between resin films 20a and 20b. The member 16a is provided with stoppers 15a and 15b for limiting oscillation range, and moreover, a flat spring 2a is arranged being bent on a member the same as the member 16a and a flat spring 2b done so on a counter balance 16b. The coils 3a and 3b are formed integral with the resin films 20a and 20b by lamination to eliminate the need for an adhesive, thereby preventing the lowering of working efficiency and the degrading of the balance accuracy attributed to the adhesive.
