Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a fan driving motor for another purpose by forming the motor rotatably in both normal and reverse directions and installing a fan to a motor shaft via a one-way clutch. CONSTITUTION:The motor 1 of a fan device is formed normally/reversely rotatably, and a fan 4 is provided on one end of its shaft 2 via a one-way clutch 3. A pulley 5 is provided on the other side of the motor 1. When the motor 1 is normally rotated, the fan 4 is rotated via the one-way clutch 3, whereas, when it is reversing, the rotation of the fan 4 is stopped because of the one-way clutch 3 and the rotation of the motor 1 can be connected to a load via the pulley 5, enabling the effective use of the motor.
