Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation and make it possible to carry out sanitary room cooling by passing the cold water from a refrigerating machine, after passing it through a room cooling device, through the panel piping. CONSTITUTION:The cold water (about 5 deg.C) which comes from a cold water outlet of a refrigerating machine 1 passes through a piping 4 and flows through a coil 5. At this time a fan 7 takes in the air (about 25 deg.C) in the room and discharges the air that is cooled by the coil into the room. Further, at this time the moisture contained in the air becomes water droplets by the condensation on the coil 5 and they are stored in a discharge water pan 8 and discharged out of the room through a drain pipe 9. And, the cold water that has its temperature raised a little in the coil 5 (at about 14 deg.C) passes through the piping 3 in a panel which is buried in the floor and there the water radiates heat to the inside of the room and conducts the heat and at the same time exchanges heat with the convection air in the room and raises its temperature (at about 20 deg.C), and returns to the refrigerating machine 1 from the cold water inlet. At this time the cold water passing through the piping in the panel has temperature that is not very low so that its surface does not develop dew condensation.
