It is possible to generate radial pressure waves in the liquid between the porous cylinder 3 that rotates the rotating body 1 and the tow or fabric 7, and to increase the alternating flow of liquid into and out of the tow or fabric. This improves cleaning efficiency.

事は莫大な損失を意味する。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, such a water washing device has the following problems because it generates strong pressure waves. One of the problems is that the area around the holes of the porous rotor, especially the outer edge of the holes, is exposed to pressure waves for a long period of time, causing significant damage, and this damage can damage the tow or fabric. A further problem is damage to the tow or fabric from the pressure waves themselves. In particular, tow produced by wet spinning still contains a large amount of solvent and does not have sufficient strength when it enters the water washing process, and if it is exposed to concentrated pressure waves locally at this stage, it will easily break down. The thread is cut. Such cutting of the single yarn not only significantly impairs the quality of the product, but also results in the cut single yarn being wound around a perforated rotor or squeezing roll, forcing the manufacturing process to be temporarily stopped. In a continuous mass production type manufacturing process, stopping the process means a huge loss.

バイブロ式水洗装置にかかわるものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention consists of a rotary body 1 in which protrusions are provided in a balanced manner on the circumferential surface inside a porous cylinder 2 fixed in a liquid tank 4, and rotatable porous holes in the outside of the cylinder. The present invention relates to a vibro type water washing device characterized in that the outer periphery of the porous rotor 3 is covered with a net 5 in a tow washing device comprising a rotor 3.

起りにくくなる。 By covering the outer periphery of the porous rotor with a net, the tow does not come into direct contact with the porous rotor, thereby preventing single yarns from being cut due to scratches on the outer edges of the holes. In addition, the pressure waves from the porous rotor holes are dispersed as they pass through the net and hit the tow in a uniform manner, making it difficult for single yarns to break.
