Claims (1)
- ケーシング内に適宜の圧力で挾持された緩衝材
と、弾性振動体とこの弾性振動体を励振する励振
用電極付圧電素子とからなるステータと、スライ
ダを備えたロータとを有する円形の表面波モータ
において、前記緩衝材が外面をケーシング内壁面
に接し、内面が前記ステータの内周面と前記圧電
素子面とに接し、耐熱ゴムで構成されたことを特
徴とする表面波モータの緩衝構造。
