Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a molding cycle time, by a method wherein a slide block which possesses a communication passage communicating a resin casting hole with a runner of a mold, and a clogging wall clogging the casting hole is arranged between the mold and sprue bushing movable vertically. CONSTITUTION:A slide block 4 is arranged movably between a mold set 1 and sprue bushing 2 and a communication passage 4a communicating a resin casting hole 2a and runner 12 is provided. In response to a movement of a movable mold 1B, the resin casting hole 2a and runner 12 are communicated with each other through the communication passage 4a while resisting an elastic body 5 by pressing the slide block 4 to a predetermined position at the time of mold clamping and the slide block 4 is moved by elastic force of the elastic body 5 by releasing pressing of the slide block 4. With this movement, the communication between the resin casting hole 2a and runner 12 is interrupted. An advancing and retreating processes of a nozzle can be omitted, the processes each of a molding cycle are performed in parallel with each other and a molding cycle time is shortened.
