Claims (1)
- 試料研磨用の乾式グラインダを有し、この乾式
グラインダの研磨位置への移動路の途中に金属等
でできた冷却板を試料の研磨面に対して接触離間
する駆動手段が設けられ、かつ、前記冷却板を冷
却する冷気発生器を備えることを特徴とする研磨
機。
