Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機台上の丸刃ベースにより支持され、回転駆動
    される丸刃と、肉塊が収容され、上記丸刃に向け
    て往復駆動される肉箱と、該肉箱より送り出され
    た上記肉塊が当接する当て板と、該当て板と反対
    の側の上記丸刃外周側面を覆う後部カバと、上記
    丸刃ベース上に回動自在に配設され、上記丸刃を
    研磨する研磨装置とを有する食肉スライサにおい
    て、長手方向に摺動溝が設けられ、上記研磨装置
    により上記丸刃を研磨するとき、上記摺動溝に沿
    つて上記当て板側へ水平移動させるようにした上
    記丸刃の上部カバと、上記当て板と上記上部カバ
    間の上記丸刃外周部分を覆う補助上部カバとを設
    け、該補助上部カバの一端を、上記摺動溝を貫通
    したノブボルトにより上記丸刃ベースの上部に螺
    着したことを特徴とする食肉スライサの丸刃カバ
    。
