Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子ビーム照射を受けるマイクロパツド１０の
    集合体１６を用いる集積回路の入出力試験用装置
    であつて、前記集積回路を具備する端子ピンの各
    々と電気的に接続される端子１８を複数組に分割
    し、該各組毎に１枚のフイルム状プリント基板１
    ４の一端側に前記各端子１８を配設し、他端側に
    は前記分割した各組の端子１８の数に対応する数
    の前記マイクロパツド１０を緻密な列状に配設し
    て該各マイクロパツド１０と前記各端子１８とを
    配線パターン１２により電気接続し、これらの各
    フイルム状プリント基板１４を各フイルム状プリ
    ント基板１４上の列状のマイクロパツド１０が互
    いに相対するよう積み重ねたことを特徴とする集
    積回路入出力試験用装置。
