Claims (1)
- 予め孔が穿設され当該孔の縁部にバリが形成さ
れた板状ワークのうち、前記バリを有する方の面
に当接するポンチと、前記ワークのうち反対側の
面に当接するダイとを有するバリ潰し用プレス型
において、前記ワークの面にほぼ対応した表面形
状を有するポンチ本体と、当該ポンチ本体の表面
に溶射により盛り付けられ前記バリを押圧する傾
斜面が形成され前記孔の中に嵌入する突部とを有
するバリ潰し用プレス型。
