Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent flat type conductors from becoming loose when a coil is wound and insulation applied thereupon from being damaged by the looseness by sticking the flat type conductors together with an adhesive after applying strand winding insulation thereon by means of insulation coating, and applying common winding insulation around its periphery. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 5 is applied beforehand on a polymer surface between flat type conductors 2 subjected to strand insulation 3, and the adhesive is hardened after the conductors are piled up so as to obtain a composite wire. For example, each pair of the flat type conductor 2 subjected to common winding insulation 4. Accordingly, even four conductors are wound with a coil, they are prevented from becoming loose and insulation applied thereon can be prevented from being damaged by the looseness so that a coil with high quality can be produced.
