Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the effective convergence of magnetic flux into a hole part by the Meissner effect of a superconductor kept at a temperature lower than or equal to the critical temperature, by providing a converting part of magnetic flux with a superconductor wherein at least a part of periphery forming a penetrating hole is electrically insulated, and the temperature is kept lower than or equal to the critical temperature. CONSTITUTION:By insulating electrically a part of a ring-type superconductor 21 with an insulator 22, a magnetic flux converging equipment is constituted. Since a part of the superconductor 21 kept at a temperature lower than or equal to the critical temperature is insulated with the insulator 22, a loop current circulating through the ring-type superconductor does not flow. A current (i) in the superconductor 21 flows so as to turn back at the insulator 22, In this state, cancelling action for magnetic flux flowing in a hole part of the superconductor 21 does not operate. Therefore, only by the Meissner effect, magnetic flux 23 keeps away from the superconductor 21, and diffuses and converges outside and inside the superconductor 21. A part of the magnetic flux 23 converges in a hole at the center of the superconductor 21.
