Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformly and favorably fix an omniset color film to a polyvinyl chloride plate or sheet by using an aqueous fixing solution containing a specified resin emulsion, a lower alcohol, and water each in a specified amount and heat pressing it. CONSTITUTION:The heat pressing is executed by using as the fixing solution containing the 15-35% vinyl acetate resin emulsion, the 0.5-8% lower alcohol, and 57-84.5% water. At that time, the fixing solution reacts with both of the vinyl chloride resin and the color film, and the vinyl acetate resin mixes with each other in good compatibility, thus permitting the omniset color film to be uniformly fixed to the polyvinyl chloride plate or sheet without occurrence of cracks at all.
