【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は蛍光灯、白熱灯等の負荷を段調光状態
にて使用し、照明演出性を下げることなく節電を
図る段調光制御盤に関し、その目的とするところ
は、照明レベルの設定変更を取付現場にて簡便に
行なえる制御盤を提供するにある。

複数回路の照明負荷の照度を、それぞれの回路
に設けた段調光ユニツトで、二段階に調光するた
めに使用する。従来の段調光制御盤は、第1図に
示すように、分電盤状の箱体よりなる本体1に数
個の段調光ユニツト2と該ユニツト駆動用のリレ
ーユニツト3を内蔵し、壁面等に取付けて使用さ
れる。かかる従来の段調光制御盤において照度レ
ベルの設定は、蛍光灯負荷のちらつき等の問題も
あり、70%以上の任意レベルに製造業者にて設定
しており、その設定方法は第2図に示すように、
調光ユニツト2のプリント基板4に取付けられた
半固定可変抵抗器5を工具6にて調整し抵抗値を
変化させ出力電圧を所望値に設定していた。しか
しながら、取付現場において施主側の要望等によ
り照度レベルの設定値の変更を要する場合、工具
類が制御盤内部に入らないため調整し難いという
問題があり、また調整する場合、各調光ユニツト
2ごとに測定器にて出力電圧、電流を測定しなが
ら調整する必要があり、多回路の場合非常に時間
を要すると言つた問題があつた。

て測定しながら可変抵抗器8の操作部12を移動
させ所望値に設定し、他の回路は測定することな
く最初に設定した可変抵抗器8の同目盛に他の可
変抵抗器8の操作部12を合せてやればよい。

でよく、しかも測定器による測定は1回路のみで
よいため照度レベルの設定変更はきわめて容易で
ある。
