サーミスタを温度センサとして用いた際のセンサ
部分の構造を表す図である。 １……サーミスタ素子、２，３……円柱状端子
、４，５……リード端子、６……ガラス管。

Claims (1)
- ２つの円柱状端子の偏平面間にサーミスタ素子
を挟持し、この２つの円柱状端子の外側の偏平面
に円柱軸と直角方向にそれぞれリード端子を接続
し、かつ前記サーミスタ素子と前記２つの円柱状
端子を円筒状ガラス管内に封入したことを特徴と
するガラス封止形サーミスタ。
