- デユメツト線間に半導体ペレツトを挟持し、デ
ユメツト線及び半導体ペレツトをガラス管で囲繞
封止したものにおいて、デユメツト線に接続させ
る電極導出部材を、ガラス管の軸方向と直交する
方向に導出したことを特徴とするガラス封止型ダ
イオード。
