Claims (1)
- ＳＵＳ製チユーブの前端部にレンズホルダー組
立体を備え、レンズホルダー組立体により前後１
対の対物レンズ及び光伝送ガイドホルダーを保持
する高温用フアイバースコープの対物部構造にお
いて、レンズホルダー組立体は、軸方向に長い外
筒と、上記前後１対の対物レンズを保持した内筒
とを有し、上記各筒は、線膨脹係数がＳＵＳより
も光伝送ガイドや対物レンズの石英ガラスに近い
コバールで形成され、内筒は外筒の前部内周面に
直接嵌合されると共にコバール製の押さえリング
により固定され、光伝送ガイドホルダーは外筒の
後部内周面に耐熱性接着剤により接着され、光伝
送ガイドホルダーの内周面には光伝送ガイドの前
端部分が耐熱性接着剤により接着されていること
を特徴とする高温用フアイバースコープの対物部
構造。
