Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain high fire resistance and dimensional stability for outer heat insulation, by forming an outer decorative material of a glass fiber reinforced cement plate, forming a heat insulating material of a phenol resin foam, adhering the outer decorative material and the heat insulating material, and forming a hollow space between them. CONSTITUTION:A decorative material 11 is formed of a glass fiber reinforced cement plate, which is prepared by reinforcing a light weight foamed mortar made of cement as the base with an alkali resistant glass fiber. A heat insulat ing material 12 is formed of a phenol resin foam. This phenol resin has the most excellent fire resistance among plastic foams, high heat resistance and excellent dimensional stability. A plurality of grooves 17, 17... whose cross- sections have U-shape are located in parallel on the rear face of the outer decorative material 11 and are respectively opened on the end face of the outer decorative material 11.
