"Industrial Application Field" The present invention relates to an external heat insulation composite panel used as an exterior wall material of a building. "Prior Art" Conventionally, as this type of composite panel for external heat insulation, a structure as shown in FIG. 4, for example, is known. In this figure, reference numeral 1 is an external heat insulation composite panel (hereinafter abbreviated as panel), and this panel 1
It consists of an exterior material 2 that serves as the outer wall surface of a building, and a heat insulating material 3 attached to the back surface of the exterior material 2. This panel 1 usually has the back side of its heat insulating material 3 attached to a frame 4 made of concrete, etc.
Used as an exterior wall material for buildings where the exterior wall surface is the exterior material side. "Problems to be Solved by the Invention" By the way, in the case of the above-mentioned panels, indoor water vapor permeates through the frame and the insulation material into the joint between the insulation material and the exterior material, especially in winter. There is a problem in that dew condensation at the joints causes separation between the exterior material of the panel and the heat insulating material, and furthermore, the heat insulating material deteriorates due to water absorption. In addition, when using this panel as a formwork and pouring concrete and joining the panel to a frame made of concrete, once the insulation material absorbs moisture in the concrete, it takes time to release the moisture. Therefore, there is a problem that the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating material decreases, and furthermore, the heat insulating material itself deteriorates. Further, such panels are required to have high fire resistance, dimensional stability, etc. for external heat insulation, but a panel sufficiently equipped with these characteristics has not yet been provided. "Means for solving the problem" Therefore, in the composite panel for external heat insulation of this invention,
An exterior material made of a glass fiber-reinforced cement board and a heat insulating material made of phenolic resin foam are attached, and the exterior material has an opening at the end face of the attachment surface with a depth of 5 to 10 mm and a width of 50 mm. The above problem was solved by forming a ~100mm groove. Embodiment FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of an external heat insulation composite panel of the present invention, and reference numeral 10 in the figure indicates an external heat insulation composite panel (hereinafter abbreviated as panel). This panel 10 consists of an exterior material 11 that serves as the outer wall surface of a building, and a heat insulating material 12 attached to the back surface of the exterior material 11. The hollow portion 13 is formed by forming the groove 14. The exterior material 11 is formed of a glass fiber reinforced cement board. This glass fiber-reinforced cement board is made by reinforcing cement-based lightweight cellular mortar with alkali-resistant glass fiber. It is lightweight, and since it is mainly composed of inorganic materials, it has excellent fire resistance and dimensional stability. It has excellent mechanical strength. Here, various physical property values of the glass fiber reinforced cement board are shown in Table 1.

得られた結果を表2に示す。[Table] The heat insulating material 12 is formed from phenolic resin foam. This phenolic resin foam has excellent fire resistance compared to plastic foam, high heat resistance, and excellent dimensional stability. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, on the back surface of the exterior material 11, a plurality of grooves 14, 14, . By pasting the heat insulating material 12, the insides of the grooves 14, 14... are hollow parts 13, 13...

The hollow parts 13, 13, . . . have a ventilation effect. Further, the grooves 14, 14... have a depth of about 5 to 10 mm and a width of about 50 to 100 mm. When the panel 10 having such a configuration is used, for example, as an exterior wall material of a building, the heat insulating material 12 has fire resistance,
By using a phenolic resin foam with excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability, and using glass fiber reinforced cement board with excellent fire resistance, dimensional stability, and strength as the exterior material 11, the fire prevention effect of the building is improved. It is possible to increase the heat resistance and improve the heat resistance. Also,
Since the hollow parts 13, 13... are formed by forming the grooves 14, 14... inside the panel 10, the ventilation effect of the hollow parts 13, 13... causes the panel 1
It is possible to prevent inconveniences such as condensation of water vapor that has penetrated into the interior. Furthermore, the exterior material 11
Since a lightweight glass fiber reinforced cement board is used for the panel 10, the weight of the entire panel 10 can be reduced.
Therefore, it is possible to improve workability during construction work. Also, when this panel 10 is used as a formwork and concrete is poured and the panel is integrally joined to a frame made of this concrete, the ventilation effect of the above-mentioned hollow parts 13, 13...
Once the insulation material has absorbed the moisture in the concrete, it can release it in a short period of time.
It is possible to prevent inconveniences such as a decrease in the insulation performance of the insulation material. In addition, in the above embodiment, the grooves 14, 14...
are formed in the exterior material 11, but they may be formed in the heat insulating material 12 to form a hollow portion, and furthermore, grooves 14, 14, . . . may be formed in both the exterior material 11 and the heat insulating material 12. Further, the hollow portion may be formed into a lattice by arranging the grooves vertically and horizontally, or the grooves may be arranged only vertically or horizontally. Experimental Example 1 Panel 1 of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2
0 and the conventional panel 1 shown in FIG. 4 were poured into concrete as a formwork, and the changes in moisture content of both panels over time were investigated. The results obtained are shown in FIG. This figure shows that the panel 10 of the present invention has higher moisture release performance than conventional products. Experimental example 2 The panel 10 shown in Figure 2 is 1820mm x 900mm.
Test specimen A has the same external dimensions as the test specimen A, in which the grooves 14, 14... have a depth of 8 mm and a width of 70 mm, and the grooves 14, 14... have a depth of 13 mm, respectively.
A specimen B with a width of 74 mm and a width of 74 mm was prepared. Using these test specimens A and B as chamber walls, the temperature on the outside side was maintained at -5℃ and the temperature on the indoor side at +25℃, and a uniform outdoor wind speed (outside air wind speed) was applied in the width direction of the chamber wall. The wind speed in the hollow part 13 of test specimens A and B was measured by changing the wind speed by applying it in a direction perpendicular to the chamber wall. The results obtained are shown in Table 2.

From this result, it was found that test specimen A had a higher wind speed in the hollow portion 13 when the outside air wind speed was lower, and therefore had a higher ventilation effect. Therefore,
As for the size of the hollow portion 13, the depth of each groove 14, 14 is preferably about 5 to 10 mm, and the width is about 50 to 100 mm.
Although the groove width is basically unrelated to the wind speed in the hollow portion 13, the above-mentioned width is preferable. If the groove width is smaller than 50 mm, the ventilation effect will deteriorate due to the frictional resistance between the wall surface around the hollow part 13 and the air, and if it is larger than 100 mm, a problem will arise in the strength of the exterior material 11 when pressure is applied. Experimental Example 3 Panel 1 of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2
0 and the conventional panel 1 shown in FIG. 4 were each irradiated with infrared rays from an infrared lamp to examine their respective heat shielding effects. In this case, place the infrared lamp at 100 cm from the surface of the exterior material of panel 10 and panel 1.
The inside of the panel (panel 1
In panel 1, the temperature was measured at the positions C and D in FIG. 1 for panel 1, and at the position E in FIG. As a result of the measurement, the surface temperature of the exterior material reached its maximum at 63℃, and the temperature at each measurement point inside the panel at that time and the time it took to reach the maximum temperature are shown in Table 3.
It was as shown in. From these results, it was found that the panel of the present invention has better heat shielding properties than conventional panels, and also has better heat dissipation properties due to its ventilation effect.

Since the adhesive surface of the exterior material has a groove with a depth of 5 to 10 mm and a width of 50 to 100 mm that opens at the end surface of the adhesive surface, for example, when used as an exterior wall material of a building. Not only does it not undergo deformation or distortion due to sudden changes in climate, it also enhances the fire prevention effect of buildings and improves their heat resistance. In addition, since a hollow part is formed inside the panel, the ventilation effect of this hollow part improves the panel's heat shielding properties, making it possible to keep the inside of the building cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Therefore, it can be suitably used not only for exterior wall materials but also for interior and exterior exterior materials. In addition, the ventilation effect of the hollow part prevents water vapor that has penetrated into the interior of the panel from condensing, thereby preventing inconveniences such as separation of the panel's exterior material from the insulation material due to condensation, and deterioration of the insulation material due to water absorption. can do. Furthermore, when this panel is used as a formwork and concrete is poured and the panel is integrally joined to a frame made of this concrete, the ventilation effect of the above-mentioned hollow part causes the insulation material to absorb moisture in the concrete. After that, the moisture can be released in a short period of time, so it is possible to prevent inconveniences such as deterioration of the insulation performance of the insulation material.
