Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の巻成包装紙の軸着部を備え、一方の使用
    中の包装紙が終了すると他方の予め予備包装紙の
    先端に貼着しておいた粘着テープを該使用中の包
    装紙の巻終り端部に継ぎ合せる継ぎ合わせ装置を
    もち棒状で連続して供給される被包装物を一定長
    に切断した後、個別に内装するカツトアンドラツ
    プ包装機に於て、該予備包装紙との継ぎ合せ部を
    検出するセンサ１と、内装後の被包装物の包装の
    有無を検出するセンサ２と、前記センサ１の検出
    出力信号に基づき該検出された被包装物が排出位
    置まで搬送される時間を設定するタイマと、該タ
    イマの出力信号と前記センサ２の検出出力信号の
    いずれかの入力に基づいて一定時間コンベア上の
    被包装物を搬送路外へ排出する排出装置とからな
    り、継ぎテープ包装紙により包装された被包装物
    及び包装不良の製品をそれぞれ必要個数排出する
    ことを特徴とする不良包装製品の自動排出装置。
