Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an NBR composition for molding and processing, containing polyvinyl chloride based polymer containing a gel and NBR as principal components, having excellent weather, ozone and creep resistance and processability within a wide range of blending ratio. CONSTITUTION:An NBR composition for molding and processing obtained by adding a vulcanizing agent (e.g. sulfur, lead oxide or dicumyl peroxide), vulcanization accelerator, etc., to (A) 5-90pts.wt., preferably 5-55pts.wt. vinyl chloride based polymer consisting of 5-90wt.% gel insoluble in tetrahydrofuran and the remainder soluble in tetrahydrofuran and (B) 95-10pts.wt., preferably 95-45pts.wt. NBR (nitrile.butadiene rubber) as principal components.
