The first is a mechanism that causes the differential lever 58 to move up and down. In order to swing the connecting shaft 56 on which the differential lever 58 is attached, the cam lever 20 alternately fits into and slides in the grooves of the first cam 6 and the second cam 8 provided facing the sewing machine drive shaft 4. In order to cause the pins 24 and 26 on both sides to swing over time, a pair of solenoids 30 and 32 are used as actuators, and the pins 24 and 26 move by alternately fitting into the grooves of the cams 6 and 8 over time. 26
The movement of the cam lever 20 is converted into the swinging movement of the ball spline 18 and the spline shaft 16 into which the cam lever 20 is fitted and fixed, and the movement of the spline shaft 16 is converted into the swinging movement of the spline shaft 16.
4. This is a mechanism that generates vertical movement in the differential lever 58 by transmitting the signal to the connecting shaft 56 via the square rail 46, the square ball 48, and the driven lever 50.

58は往復上下運動をなす。 In FIG. 5, a sewing machine drive shaft 4 is rotatably mounted on a frame 2, and a first cam 6 and a second cam 8 are provided on the drive shaft with cam grooves 10 and 12, respectively, on the inside facing each other. It is inserted and fixed. The cam grooves 10 and 12 are provided relative to each other so as to form a circular circle with the sewing machine drive shaft 4 as the center. A ball spline 18 is fitted into a spline shaft 16 which is mounted on the upper end of the frame 2 and has a long groove 14.
Further, a cam lever 20 is fitted and fixed on the outer periphery thereof.
Pins 24 and 26 are attached to both ends of a shaft 22 that is fitted and fixed to the leg portion 21 of the cam lever 20. Lever holding arm 2 that holds the ball spline 18 from both ends
8 is a support shaft 3 installed on support members 34 and 36 of a pair of first solenoid 30 and second solenoid 32.
8 is fitted. 40 is another support shaft. 42 is a solenoid base. A drive lever 44 is fitted and fixed to one end of the spline shaft 16, and a square rail 46 containing a square ball 48 is attached to one side of the lever. A slidable pin 52 is connected thereto. The other end of the driven lever 50 is connected to a connecting shaft 56 that is mounted on a frame 54 of the sewing machine that is provided adjacent to the zigzag box.
Fixed. A differential lever 58 is fitted and fixed to the connecting shaft 56, and a balance 60 is fitted and inserted in contact with this. When either one of the pair of solenoids 30, 32 operates alternately, the support shaft 38 moves in the direction of the arrow, and in response, the lever holding arm 28 fixed to the support shaft 38 moves in the same direction together with the ball spline 18. do. When the ball spline 18 changes its position along the long groove 14 of the spline shaft 16, the cam lever 20 also moves, and its pins 24, 26 are rotated in response to the operation of the sewing machine drive shaft 4. 2 cam grooves 10, 12 of either cam 8
Since the spline shaft 16 contacts and slides within the cam groove, the spline shaft 16 rotates in the direction of the arrow. This movement is controlled by a driven lever 50 via a drive lever 44 fixed to the spline shaft 16, a square ball 48 of a square rail 46, and a pin 52.
This results in a rocking motion, and the connecting shaft 56 is rotated in the direction of the arrow. Therefore, the differential lever 58 attached to the connecting shaft 56 makes reciprocating up and down movements.

製できる。 The oscillating movement of the differential lever 58 by means of the differential lever drive has already been explained. The downward movement of the differential lever 58 causes the differential rod 62 to move downward, causing the differential rod 62 to move downwardly.
is pulled downwardly through the lower frame 66 against the coil spring 106, so that the annular leg portion 74 fixed thereto is pulled up by the annular head fitted into the body portion 80 of the rotating outer cylinder portion. The slider 102 provided on the body 80 of the outer cylindrical portion 78 is pushed down together with the slit 1 of the annular head 78.
This is done within the range of sliding within 00. As a result, the connecting lever 84 moves rightward (toward FIG. 2) to the L-shaped arm 82 which is pivoted 83 to the outer cylinder body 80.
move with Therefore, the cord thread guide rod 86 attached to the end of the L-shaped arm 82 via the guide plate 88 is similarly shifted to the right and maintains a vertical position substantially parallel to the nipple 118. Next, differential lever 5
When 8 is pushed upwards, the aforementioned related members undergo a completely opposite movement and return to their original positions. That is, each of the main related members makes a reciprocating motion in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, and as a result, the guide foot 9
2. The cord thread guide rod 86, which has a thread guide pipe at its end, makes a swinging motion as indicated by the arrow, and the cord C pulled out from the bobbin 134 as shown in FIG.
(indicated by a chain line) passes through the yarn guide pipe 94,
When the cord C is sewn to the fabric W stretched on the stitching frame 142 by upper thread α and lower thread β below the nipple 118 having the notched guide hole 95, the cord thread guide rod 86 guides the cord C to the left and right with respect to the needle 110. By swinging it, a zigzag stitch pattern can be sewn continuously.
