Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 先端に駆動デイスクを固着した回転駆動軸上
に相対回転可能に支持されかつ外周に冷却フアン
を取付けた密封ケースと、この密封ケースを構成
するカバー及びボデイと、前記密封ケースの内部
を油溜り室とトルク伝達室とに区画しかつ油の流
出調整孔を有する仕切板と、前記流出調整孔を開
閉する弁部材と、前記密封ケースの外部に配置さ
れたバイメタルから成る感温体とを備え、さらに
回転時に油が集溜する駆動デイスク外周側壁部に
対向して密封ケースに油かき用ダムとこのダムに
隣接する流入口とが配設され、かつ密封ケースに
前記流入口と前記油溜り室とを連通させる戻り通
路が形成されており、前記感温体の変形に連動し
て弁部材が流出調整孔を開閉する型式の温度感応
型流体式フアンカツプリング装置において、 前記戻り通路は密封ケース壁内にある内側流路
と密封ケース外部を円周方向に沿つて延伸する金
属パイプで作られた外側流路とが接続されて構成
されていることを特徴とする温度感応型流体式フ
アンカツプリング装置。 ２ 前記戻り通路の内側流路は前記カバー壁内に
形成されている第１流路と第２流路とから成り、
第１流路は前記流入口と前記外側流路とを連通せ
しめ、第２流路は前記外側流路と油溜り室とを連
通せしめるように配設されている実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ３ 前記外側流路は第１流路側から第２流路側に
向かうにつれて軸中心からの距離が次第に増大す
るように形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第２項記載の装置。 ４ 前記外側流路は軸線方向にオーバラツプする
ように複数が重なつて配置されている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ５ 前記金属パイプは熱伝動率の高いアルミニウ
ム、銅又はこれらの基合金で作られている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。
