Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端部に駆動デイスクを固着した回転軸体
上に軸受を介して支承され、且つ外周部に冷却フ
アンを取付けたケースとカバーとからなる密封器
匣の内部を、外方に油の流出調整孔を有する仕切
板により油溜り室と、前記駆動デイスクを内装す
るトルク伝達室とに区劃し、回転時の油の集溜す
る駆動デイスクの外周側壁面に対向する密封器匣
側の内周側壁面の一部に、ダムと、該ダムに連つ
て伝達室側から油溜り室側に通ずる循環流通路を
形成すると共に、油溜り室側に位置して一端を該
油溜り室内壁に固定し、その他端側で外部周囲の
温度が設定値を越えると前記流出調整孔を開放し
、設定値以下では閉鎖する弁部材を、前記カバー
の前面に設けた感温体の温度変化に伴う変形に連
動するように連桿を介して内部に備え、駆動デイ
スクとなす前記ケースとカバーとの外方附近の対
向壁面間に設けたトルク伝達間隙部での油の有効
接触面積を増減させて駆動側の回転軸体側から被
駆動側の密封器匣側への回転トルク伝達を制御せ
しめるようにしてなるフアン・カツプリング装置
において、前記連桿９の両端部にそれぞれ当接、
係合する感温体１０及び弁部材８の当接係合部の
少なくとも一方の表面に、薄肉状からなる当て板
１５を敷設、介在して固定せしめて構成したこと
を特徴とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリ
ング装置。 (2) 請求項１記載において、前記当て板１５を
ステンレス材による接着、カシメ或いはスポツト
溶着等により固定せしめて構成したことを特徴と
する温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装置
。
