In particular, in many simple gas lighters, the liquefied gas tank is made of a transparent or semi-transparent member with a brilliant color so that the content of the liquefied gas can be easily checked from the outside and also to improve the appearance of the product. However, if the liquefied gas tank is made of a brightly colored transparent or translucent member, its strength and durability will decrease and the cost will increase. Therefore, the present inventor proposed that the liquefied gas tank should not be colored at all, or only very lightly, and that instead, the liquefied gas itself filled in the gas lighter should be colored brilliantly. However, when using colored gases, it is necessary to prepare small amounts of a wide variety of colored liquefied gases, but it is difficult to always apply color to a small amount of liquefied gas at the desired concentration. However, there was a problem in that the coloring density of the liquefied gas varied greatly from lot to lot.

In addition, conventionally, when adding oil dye to liquefied gas, the oil dye was dissolved in a small amount in alcohol, etc., and an appropriate amount of this was mixed with the liquefied petroleum gas, and the alcohol content was absorbed into the gas lighter. There was a problem in that it melted the polyurethane filter etc. installed in the gas lighter, causing it to wear out faster and impairing the durability of the gas lighter.

The present invention has been made based on the above-mentioned viewpoints, and its purpose is to facilitate coloring of liquefied gas, to always fill the colored liquefied gas to a predetermined concentration, and to The purpose is to provide a gas lighter that is inexpensive, durable, and has high commercial value.

After adsorbing a solution of a small amount of oil dye, etc. dissolved in an aromatic compound such as benzene, toluene, or xylene, or alcohol, on a sphere with a diameter of 3 mm to 5 mm made of a porous material, these solvents are adsorbed. The idea is to evaporate the liquefied gas and put it into the liquefied gas tank of the gas lighter to color the liquefied gas. The amount of dye added to this colored liquefied gas is important, and if this amount goes out of whack, the color density will change significantly, and if the amount of dye added is particularly large, the filter
Dye adheres to the nozzle, etc., impairing the stability of the flame.

By adsorbing the dye into a porous material and mixing it with liquefied petroleum gas in an appropriate amount, the color tone will always remain constant without dissolving the filter, etc., unlike in conventional gas lighters filled with colored liquefied gas. It is possible to obtain a highly durable and elegant product, and it is also extremely easy to confirm the content of liquefied gas.

以下、本発明の一実施例を説明する。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below.

Add 0.1g of red oil dye to ethyl alcohol.
Dissolve it in 50ml to make a dye, and apply this dye to polyethylene sintered bodies with diameters of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm.
After adsorbing the ethyl alcohol on the small spherical porous bodies 7, the ethyl alcohol was evaporated and placed into the colorless and transparent liquefied gas tank 1 of the gas lighter, which was then filled with liquefied gas. The red oil dye adsorbed on the sphere dissolved into the liquefied gas 6, resulting in coloring with a constant red density depending on the sphere diameter. The dye concentrations were approximately 0.2, 0.5 and 1 ppm by weight, respectively.

In general, if the proportion of dye added to liquefied petroleum gas is about 1 to 0.1 ppm, the liquefied petroleum gas can be colored brilliantly, and the content of the colored liquefied gas can be easily determined from outside. This can be confirmed and the flame stability is also good.

On the other hand, the same effect can be obtained if the porous body for adsorbing the dye has a stable porosity, such as a sintered body of polyethylene. Also, in this case, it is recommended that the size be the same as that described above.
