Warm up to temperature
That is, preheating is necessary. Therefore, in such atmospheric heating, two types of heating are sequentially performed: preheating (air firing of the heating chamber) and main heating (baking of the object to be heated).

Heating devices that are automated for each menu, including preheating, are now in practical use. In such a heating device, a heating pattern that sequentially performs preheating and main heating (baking) is stored in memory, and when a menu is selected, preheating is performed first, and then the object to be heated is heated. If you place it indoors and start it again, it will automatically switch to main heating and start baking.

A correction term for the rise time is input into the calculation means according to the magnitude thereof, the rise time set in the register is decreased or increased by the calculation means, and this correction is performed using the notification means. Notify the rising time.

indicates that the inside of the refrigerator has already cooled considerably, that is, a certain amount of time has passed since the previous heating. Since only the area near the sensor is still hot, when stirring begins, the inside of the refrigerator becomes uniform and the temperature near the sensor temporarily decreases. Therefore, in such a case, although the sensor has already reached 100℃, standard pattern A
It is not possible to simply subtract 4 minutes from In reality, it takes 5 minutes.

This also applies when restarting. In this case, the preheating completion time is even faster than 4 minutes, and is reduced to about 3 minutes.

Therefore, the temperature display can be output on the display, and the approximate value of the preheating time can be output on the synthesized voice. Note that although synthesized speech was used as the notification means in this embodiment, notification means such as a display tube or LED can of course be applied.

The end of preheating is notified after several buzzers ("Preheating is complete"). It then continues adjusting the temperature and waits for the user to arrive (wait cycle). Since the user has an idea of the preheating end time, he or she can return to the heating device just before that time. In other words, the waiting time can be kept extremely small even if the wait time is not constant.

Naturally, it can be used as a DC power source in a control system. In addition, by making this a constant voltage and using it as a power source for the microcomputer 8, you can quickly detect the occurrence of troubles such as momentary power outages, so you can forcibly reset the microcomputer 8 while it is operating normally. It can prevent the microcontroller from running out of control.

Since the user does not have to be present at the heating device, it is possible to realize a system that can finish preheating in the shortest possible time by simple operation and smoothly transition to the subsequent main heating.

時間を報知するよう構成した加熱装置。1. A heating chamber in which the object to be heated is placed, a heating means coupled to this heating chamber, a main control unit that controls power supply to this heating means, a memory that stores a plurality of heating data, and a an input means for reading predetermined heating data from the data and instructing its execution; a display section for displaying the temperature inside the heating chamber; and a notification means for notifying the rising time required for the inside of the heating chamber to reach a predetermined temperature; The main controller includes a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature inside the heating chamber, and a voltage detecting means for detecting the power supply voltage, and the main control section further includes a temperature determining means for determining the temperature within the heating chamber detected by the temperature detecting means, and a voltage detecting means for detecting the power supply voltage. A voltage determining means for determining the power supply voltage detected by the detecting means, a register for temporarily storing data, and an arithmetic means for calculating the data in the register, and starts heating detected by the temperature detecting means. The temperature in the heating room immediately before or immediately after is classified into a plurality of stages by the temperature discriminating means, the corresponding rising time is set in the register, and then the power supply voltage is classified into a plurality of stages by the voltage discriminating means, and the magnitude thereof is determined. inputting a rise time correction term into the calculation means, and correcting the rise time set in the register by decreasing or increasing it by the calculation means;
A heating device configured to notify the corrected rise time using the notification means.
