Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce number of circuit components by constituting a feedback capacitance between terminals of an active component, an inductive element, an active element and a capacitive component having the coupling capacitance to the next stage with the active element by the electrode pattern provided to both faces of the one high dielectric constant board. CONSTITUTION:The electrode pattern 17 is provided on the surface of the feedback capacitance between the base and emitter and the electrode pattern 18 in pairs with the electrode pattern is provided on the rear face and the electrode pattern 18 is connected to the emitter electrode of the surface through a through holes 19 of both the sides.
