Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient shielding effect between input output signal patterns by providing a long ground pattern on other side surface of a dielectric substrate and connecting plural places along the length wise direction of a ground pattern to a ground full-face pattern formed on one side surface of the dielectric substrate with a conducting means. CONSTITUTION:A GaAs-FET 7 as an active element is mounted on a high frequency signal input pattern 3, a high frequency signal output pattern 4 and a ground pattern 10. At the ground pattern 10, first-fourth through holes 11a, 11b, 11c and 11d as the conducting means are provided along the length-wise direction of the ground pattern 10. The ground pattern 10 is electrically con nected through a through-hole plating 12 of the first-fourth through-holes 11a-11d to penetrate a dielectric substrate 1 with a ground full-face pattern 9 and plural places. By such a constitution, the separation of the input side and the output side of the signal at the microwave band is made satisfactory, the ground effect of the GaAs-FET 7 is made higher and therefore, the circuit stabler than conventional one can be realized.
