Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体の内部にダイアフラム４を設け、この
ダイアフラム４を前記本体内部に印加した圧力に
応じて移動可能とするとともに、前記ダイアフラ
ム４の移動に応じて前記本体から延出したロツド
２を出没させるアクチユエータ１において、前記
ダイアフラム４は環状をなすとともに、その中央
部を閉塞してリテーナ３が一体に設けられ、この
リテーナ３の中央部に弾性体５を介してロツド２
が揺動可能に取付けられていることを特徴とする
アクチユエータ。 (2) 前記ロツド２のリテーナ３の取付け部は大
径になつていて、この周囲に溝２ｂが設けられ、
前記リテーナ３はその中央部に孔が設けられると
ともに、該孔に臨む周縁部は折り曲げられて断面
が湾曲状をなし、この湾曲状部分が前記ロツド２
の溝２ｂに弾性体を介して嵌め込まれて、前記リ
テーナ３に対して前記ロツド２が揺動可能となつ
ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のアク
チユエータ。
