- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 貫通孔を有するブロツクと、前記貫通孔内
に嵌挿され流路となる流孔を有するピンホルダと
、前記流孔内に遊挿され前記ピンホルダと協働し
て流量を絞るピンとを備えたことを特徴とする流
量絞り装置。 (2) ブロツクの貫通孔内には、流孔内にピンが
遊挿されたピンホルダが小孔を有するスペーサを
介して複数個直列に配設された実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の流量絞り装置。 (3) ブロツクの貫通孔の流体出口側または流体
入口側には流量をしや断する仕切弁が連設された
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載
の流量絞り装置。
