Abstract

A ball valve 3 is fitted to the lower part of the tank 2, a paint hose 4 is connected to the valve 3 and the anode 5 or cathode as a counter electrode is put in the tank 2. While electric current is supplied to the bumper 6, paint is drawn through the hose 4 and sprinkled on the rear side of the bumper 6 to form a paint film. This method does not require a large-sized paint tank and a large amt. of paint.
