Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency for a data processing as a system, by generating directly a measuring data distribution in a system memory by a DMA of a measuring data control part. CONSTITUTION:Temperature, pressure, light, etc., are sensed by a sensor 1, an input of a measuring data sampling-outputted from this sensor 1 is controlled by a measuring data DMA control part 2, and a data is stored in a system memory. This control part 2 is provided with an address register 3 consisting of the lower bit part for setting the measuring data outputted from the sensor 1, and the upper bit part for setting a fixed value determined in advance. Also, in the memory 4, a DMA area 5 is provided on a position determined by a fixed value of the register 3, and the contents which have been brought to an access, in the area 5 are added by '1' by an incrementer 6 and updated. Subsequently, under the control part 2, the contents of the register 3 are brought to a DMA transfer to the memory 4 through a system bus, and the contents of the access position of the area 5 are added by '1', and a frequency distribution is generated directly in the memory 4.
